Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your VAVA STORE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
